During my career, I’ve learned from and teamed with the best – most notably with GE, Dell and most recently as a Partner with Deloitte in Australia. During my 19+ years in various client leadership roles with Deloitte, my experience has mostly been in client-facing roles serving firm’s largest global clients, building trusted  relationships with CEOs and their leadership teams to solve their most complex problems across various geographies. Clients I have proudly served during my tenure with Deloitte include: American Express, British Telecom, Cargill, Citibank, Cochlear, DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, GE-State Bank of India (ex-JV), and Walmart.

My superpower is my expansive global network and my relentless ability to connect the dots, finding the best industry experts and solutions swiftly. This allowed my clients to bypass years of effort by leveraging perfected solutions from around the world.

In 2024, I founded xGlobal Consulting, world’s first 100% global market activation firm with a mission to empower global CEOs and innovative organizations to reach strategic clients and unlock growth opportunities, leveraging our strategic global networks to drive revenue and profit in international markets.

I truly believe in the power of resetting mindsets and nurturing strategic global networks to unlock exciting new growth – personal, professional and financial. I am passionate about enabling CxOs and senior leaders thrive at work and in life: whether it’s through accelerating growth by activating new markets, connecting C-suite members through an exclusive network, helping CxOs overcome limitations to reach their full potential or through tailored learning masterclasses so authentic leadership lessons are avaialble to those who are keen to learn globally.

What makes me, me.

Born in Delhi, India, my journey began with a fierce ambition: to become financially independent and climb the corporate ladder. I achieved financial independence as a teenager and relentlessly pursued my path to becoming a Partner at the world’s largest professional services firm. Balancing my professional aspirations with my roles as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, I mastered peak performance, confidence, and resilience.

I’ve travelled to over 30 countries and migrated to Melbourne, Australia, with my family in 2017. As a proud Australian with deep Indian roots, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and spending quality time nurturing myself, spending quality time with my family and friends. My days are grounded in yoga, reformer pilates, walks, board games and camping on long weekends.

As a certified life coach, yoga teacher, and a firewalker, I believe in the power of resetting mindsets and nurturing networks to unlock exciting new growth—personally and professionally. I’ve learned incredible life lessons by saying yes to new opportunities and experiences including enjoying all adventure sports. From the Frozen River Trek in Ladakh to bungee jumping in New Zealand, skydiving in Miami, and jumping into cenotes in Mexico, I embrace life fully and encourage others to do the same.
